		<description>&lt;p&gt;The best part about Canadian Thanksgiving (vs the US variety)....   The day is optional.  Down south, you have the turkey on Thursday, it&#039;s just a given.  But here, you can have the turkey on Sat, Sun or Mon - depending on family commitments, soccer games, etc.    So of course those true turkey fans among us just use this as a good excuse to have &lt;em&gt;several&lt;/em&gt; Thanksgivings!&lt;/p&gt;
